its operating subsidiaries, Probe is principally engaged in
the exploration and production of oil and gas reserves in the
Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) in the Gulf of Mexico.
Probe’s business model focuses on developing low-risk,
low-cost and long-life resource opportunities. The Company’s
assets in the OCS are in fairly advanced stages of exploration
with extensive seismic data and situated in areas of proven
hydrocarbon potential with well-established infrastructure thereby
helping to rapidly identify drilling targets while reducing
