Probe Resources Ltd. is a junior oil and gas exploration, development
and production company based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
In 2007 the corporation raised gross proceeds of $8.1 million
and completed the acquisition and development of its core property,
the High Island offshore well and lease located in the Gulf
of Mexico. The company’s shares trade in Canada on the
TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PBR.
Probe's strategy is to expand its natural gas assets in the
Gulf of Mexico. Its objectives in this strategy are to acquire
large working interests in several highly focused producing
assets where it can hold operatorship and control of the infrastructure
necessary to facilitate the exploitation, development and exploration
potential of these assets.
Probe expects to actively purchase other assets or corporate
entities to best achieve its goals. Probe is concurrently developing
and pursuing grass roots exploration programs in defined areas
of interest to help augment the Company's acquisition strategies.
This includes purchasing additional leases, farming in on prospect
lands, acquiring additional seismic and most importantly drilling
wells in our focus areas. |
